Bennettians learn life lessons from Sadhguru
The excitement of meeting Sadhguru was written large all over the faces of the students who were waiting to get their questions answered. The buzz was felt since the morning as the preparations were in full swing.

The mess area was packed with students who missed their chance to enter the lecture hall. The excitement levels peaked when the music sensation, Mohit Chauhan made a surprise entry and mesmerized everyone with his voice.
Sadhguru took up questions which targeted the youth as part of his ongoing campaign ‘Youth and Truth'.

“Each individual, race, community and religion have their own ideas of beauty and that is what makes the definition of beauty more beautiful,” said Sadhguru while addressing the students.

“Listening to Sadhguru brought me peace of mind. He talked about mostly the topics we are hesitant to share like anxiety, depression and heartbreak and gave such practical and easy solutions to all the problems,” said Aditi Bose, a second-year BBA student.

“Till now we used to watch Sadhguru either on television or on YouTube. Seeing him this closely and listening to him live was truly a wonderful feeling,” said Arnav Chauhan, a second-year BBA student.

He also talked about how anxiety and depression are not talked openly as they are mental health issues. He also highlighted the importance of both physical and mental health.

“The moment you credit someone else for your problem, from that moment it goes out of your hands and fuels anxiety” said Sadhguru while addressing the problem of anxiety amongst youth.

“The most important thing I learnt from today’s event is that we should never give up in life as slow progress is still progress,” said Sarthak Seth, a second-year BBA student.

As the event came to an end Sadhguru brought smiles to many more faces by coming to the mess area to meet the students who were eagerly waiting for him. The students surely got life lessons after this wonderful session with Sadhguru.
