Anxiety is a normal feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness that everyone experiences from time to time. Common anxiety signs are nervousness, panic or doom, increase of heart rate, hyperventilation, sweating, feeling tired etc. When anxiety becomes uncontrollable, it starts interfering with day to day life.

Anxiety disorders are the common mental health disorders nowadays, affecting over 40 million adults, aged 18 and older of people worldwide. Different types of anxiety disorders are post traumatic stress disorder, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias. Each type of anxiety disorder has its unique symptoms and complex.

Symptoms of anxiety can include Trouble sleeping, Uncontrolled worry, Constant feelings of stress, Inability to concentrate, Expecting bad things to happen, Being moody or easily agitated, Digestive woes, consciousness such as a rapid heartbeat, and shortness of breath or even more. symptoms also like extreme worrying, irritability, annoyance, difficulty in concentrating, and disturbance in sleep.

Anxiety can be caused by factors some of them are feelings of apprehension or dread, feeling tense or jumpy, restlessness, anticipating the worst and being watchful for signs of danger, including genetics, brain chemistry, life experiences.

On spot ways to calm down anxiety are breathe, run, think about something funny or interesting that distracts you, take a cold shower, name what you are feeling.

Permanent treatment for anxiety disorders may conclude, keeping yourself active, eating well, spending time with family and friends, reducing stress.

Doing activities which makes you happy or you enjoy doing makes it even more easy, therapy, medication, and self-care is must such as relaxation techniques and exercising daily.

If you or someone know is struggling with anxiety attacks it is necessary to look for professional help as soon as possible for not affecting the daily life and also taking care by yourself. Anxiety can be a-disease that weakens your body even more day by day,is capable to make you disable but is possible to control and can be defeated with the right and permanent treatment of professionals.
