Exams being around the corner does knock on our doors with a major amount of stress. The thing which hits our heads majorly is how to deal with all the burden and overpassing stress. In a healthy and effective manner somethings like these might help with it:


Organizing your schedule!
Jotting everything that is to be done and making a schedule not only helps with a smooth running plan to get things done but also provides a clarity of what is to be done.

Arranging material beforehand
Having all the material in hand before sitting to study makes things much easier. With all the notes, stationary, class recording, notepads everything in place with a clean surrounding helps in improving the mood while studying.


Taking breaks
Yes! Constantly studying is very important but also giving yourself and your brain a short break is also important. Taking short term intervals between rummaging through helps in freshing the brain and also helps in studying more effectively.


Positive self talk
This might seem to be a small thing but having a positive self-talk gives a boost of confidence and makes one feel that one can get through the exams.
