Health encompasses everything from nutrition and sleep to emotional well-being and social connections. Health is a broader concept than fitness, and it encompasses both physical and mental aspects of well-being.

While fitness and health are different, they are closely related. Being physically fit can contribute to overall health, and good health can make it easier to achieve and maintain fitness.
