Hola people! Today I am here to discuss about an under talked issue i.e. Mental health is an essential component of our overall well-being. It refers to our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. Good mental health allows us to cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively, and contribute positively to society. However, mental health issues affect millions of people worldwide and can have a significant impact on their quality of life. Good mental health is essential for our overall well-being. It enables us to lead a fulfilling life, form healthy relationships, and achieve our goals. Poor mental health can have a significant impact on our daily life, affecting our ability to work, study, and socialize. People with mental health issues are more likely to have chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Therefore, maintaining good mental health is vital for our physical health as well.

There are several types of mental health issues, each with their unique symptoms. Some of the most common mental health issues include:
