You look great together!!

All of the family members enjoy a celebration when it happens in their home. Additionally, friends and family members were also invited the occasion and share the enjoyment. Since it was my maternal relative's first event and I had been eager to attend since I was a child, I will never forget my cousin's wedding. My cousin’s wedding came over in the get along week of December.

The highlight of my trip was when my family and I went to Mussoorie for a family reunion, and while we were all having a great time at my uncle's house, my aunt suddenly appeared with dessert and shocked us all by telling us that my cousin's wedding had been set for December.

We had barely one and a half months to gather everything. When there is a wedding in the family, joy multiplies. Prior to this, I had never witnessed a traditional Nepali wedding celebration in our family.

The first child to be married in the family was my oldest sister. Her marriage was greeted with a lot of joy. One month before to the celebration, the wedding preparations got underway. The week-long process of buying what we needed involved my parents, my uncle, and my aunt. Our home had a bridal appearance. We purchased my sister a variety of gold ornaments. All of the family members received a number of outfits as a sign of respect and in accordance with customs from our culture. She wore outfits that my cousin herself picked out, such a pink wedding Lehenga and a burgundy cut-off dress for a cocktail reception.

Numerous rites were carried out over the course of three days prior to the wedding, and Didi looked stunning in her wedding Lehenga on the wedding day. At the time of the holy marriage on the shrine, many senior members were there, including my parents and the parents of the groom. The finest moment was when our cousins encouraged my older sister as the bride and groom swapped garlands and sacramentally welcomed one another as their life partner.

We were thrilled for them both. The hardest moment for us was when my sister left us and moved to her new home. But I would add what a wonderful day it was, and my family and I were very happy to be there.
