What the Design Patent ‘Protective Mask’ is about?

It is a complete head and face protective gear with the detachable self-sanitization system which is disclosed comprising a headgear. It is adapted to cover the complete head. The headgear comprises of a transparent visor area and 2 detachable sanitizers dispensing. They are attached on both sides of the protective gear. The left sanitization dispensing is for cleaning hands and the right one is for spraying sanitizer from the top to clean the whole cover. This helps in disinfecting the whole surface automatically to reduce chances of infection before removing the item from the face.

Ph.D. scholar Abhinav Nair said, "It was a great learning experience to work with our interdisciplinary team to address a most pressing issue of our times: The COVID-19 pandemic." His colleague, Sumit Sharma said, "Bennett University has given me the atmosphere to expand and endeavour for excellence in the career path, which encourages the minds of young people."
