Her boarding school days led to her holistic development, as she learnt to be independent. “I never strayed away from my choices and I always stayed enthusiastic.”

Find your fit
Harshita spoke about the different roles she has in the held in the past. She always wanted to be a businesswoman but gave that up when she got opportunity to work with The Times Group. “Having variety of experiences in different fields, helps you to know more about how things work. Try a bunch of activities before specialising,” Harshita said.
“Your passion could be infectious” Harshita said. If you are passionate you are going to make it work by any means. You will get rid of the odds once you start working.” Answering the question on MBA vs a start-up, she said, “It’s better to have some work experience after your graduation than pursue a masters soon after graduating.”

There are no failed entrepreneurs
Sharing his views on entrepreneurship, Aditya said, “You won’t lose anything even if you fail because at the end of the day you are going to learn a lot and have a new network of skilled people. Anybody who has the passion about his/her idea and feels strongly about it, will be able to see it through.”
