The winners, Priyanshu Prasad and Ansh Arora, won a cash prize of Rs. 500. They turned out to be the Olofmeister and PashaBicep of this CS: GO session. Their camaraderie was as awe-inspiring as their skills were lethal. Most of the other players were apprehensive of being paired against them. The runner ups, Ishaan Verma and Kanishk Chauhan, also got a cash price of Rs. 300.

"It was definitely a thrilling and worth waiting experience for me as I have spent nearly 3000 hours of my life in playing Csgo and brushing my skills to an advanced level," said Ansh Arora, the winner of the game.

Counter Strike: Global offensive is an immensely popular multiplayer first-person shooter. With the provision of on spot registrations, a portion of B block mess was crammed with the zealous gamers equipped with their gaming laptops and keyboards. With knock offs on the first day and semi finals and finals on the final day, the roaring and cheering for the participants rung all over the place.

"Csgo is a small scale event which we organized as there has been no gaming event since the vacations. We didn't expect this level of crowd would turn up to support their friends. Honestly the mess looks more like a mini stadium and I am glad that it turned to be more than successful for us," said Akanksha Tyagi, the secretary of the club. Amidst the cacophony of the mess crowd, the spectators roared as the players planted bombs and jumped into gun-fights in their matches. On day one, four teams proved themselves to be the most passionate about the first person shooter game and managed to reach the semi finals.

The final day witnessed the gamers completely glued to their screens and the audience all riled up for the winning war cry, as the gamers shot their sharpest shots with utter diligence.
