The Sports Committee of Bennett University held a fun and exciting event. “60 seconds Weekday” challenge for students from January 12 to 16.

Ansh Jain, BTech ( 1st year, CSE), won the event by completing maximum number of tasks. He won a Yoga protein bar hamper. Aayush Agrawal, BTech ( 1st year, CSE) came in second and won a customized BU Sports tee while Sahaj Jindal, BTech ( 1st year, CSE), came in third and won an e-coupon worth Rs 150.

Every day the BU sport team put up a challenge on their Instagram handle, and participants had to record a video of themselves doing the challenge. To ensure their chances of winning, participants had to do all the challenges.

The challenges were interesting: one was to keep three balloons/ scrunched tissue paper or plastic bags up on the air for 60 seconds; the second was to hold the plank for 60 seconds; the third was to do as many mountain climbers as possible in the time limit; the fourth was to rotate a ball/ pillow/ stuff toy around their waist; and the final one was judged on how many times one can tuck their legs up to their chest and then extend out in 60 seconds.

The rules to the competition were simple. The participants needed to send in their raw, unedited videos between 8am and 6 pm on each day.
