The conference on ‘Impact of Technology on HR practices’ organised by Career Service Centre at Bennett University brought together CXO’s, CHRO’s, TA Heads and Senior HR Leaders on a single forum to share their ideas and insights and discuss the future of HR practices in this era of AI technology. Ltd and Vineet Nayar, Foundation chairman of Sampark foundation and Former CEO of HCL technologies Ltd talked about the changing trends in HR practices and how it can survive in this technological age and stay relevant.
