Create Your Day in Advance

By - Bhumika Verma

To create your day in advance, you might follow these steps:

Set aside some quiet time in the morning or evening to focus on your intentions. This could be a few minutes of meditation, journaling, or visualization.

Think about the things you would like to manifest in your life. This might include goals related to your career, relationships, health, or personal growth.

Visualize these outcomes in as much detail as possible, using all of your senses. Imagine yourself already in possession of these things, and feel the positive emotions associated with them.
"When you say to yourself 'I am going to have a pleasant visit or a pleasant journey/ you are literally sending elements and forces ahead of your body that will arrange things to make your visit or journey pleasant. When before the visit or the journey or the shopping trip you are in a bad humor, or fearful or apprehensive of something unpleasant, you are sending unseen agencies ahead of you which will make some kind of unpleasantness. Our thoughts or in other words, our state of mind, is ever at work 'fixing up' things good or bad in advance," prentice mulford
Take action towards your goals throughout the day, following your intuition and taking opportunities as they arise. Stay focused on your desired outcomes and remain open to unexpected paths and opportunities that may arise.

By creating your day in advance in this way, you can increase your focus, motivation, and energy towards your goals. You can also set a positive and proactive tone for your day, which can help you to manifest your desires more effectively.
