The Cornerstone of Happiness

By- NISHTA GUPTA

In this blog, we’re going to talk about why relationships are important. Humans, as we all know, are social creatures. They always wanted people to hear them out. Therefore, relationships are crucial in every individual’s life. They help us to connect, enrich our experiences, and make our lives meaningful. At the same time, healthy relationships are necessary for our emotional, mental, and physical relationships.
Relationships are a vital part of our lives, providing us with a sense of closeness and support. As human beings, we are constantly searching for companionship in the midst of life’s highs and lows. The relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and partners provide us with the support system to go through our challenging times. Every individual's life has its ups and downs, and during that period of time, relationships play a substantial role.
Also, relationships are an essential factor in the development of one’s emotional well-being. Through being in a relationship, we learn to navigate different personalities and understand what we actually need in our relationships. This is beneficial in both areas of our lives: personal relationships as well as professional relationships. If these relationships are healthy and free of animosity, and no one really holds grudges against each other, there are higher chances that they will last a longer time and lead to increased happiness in one’s life. Research has shown that people who have strong and healthy relationships are happier and have better overall health than those who don’t, and they’re less likely to experience depression and anxiety.
Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our soul blossom.
