Gratitude: The practice of gratitude is a powerful tool for shifting your focus towards the positive and attracting more of what you want into your life. To practice gratitude, simply take some time each day to reflect on the things in your life that you are thankful for, no matter how small they may seem.

Visualization: Visualization is the process of creating a mental image of the outcomes you want to manifest, and feeling the emotions associated with those outcomes. To practice visualization, find a quiet place where you can relax and visualize your desired outcomes in as much detail as possible
Affirmations: Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself in order to shift your thoughts and beliefs towards the positive. To create affirmations, choose statements that reflect the outcomes you want to manifest, and repeat them to yourself regularly throughout the day.

Letting go: Letting go is the process of releasing any resistance or attachment to the outcomes you want to manifest, and trusting that they will come to you in their own time. To practice letting go, focus on cultivating a sense of trust and surrender towards the universe, and release any negative thoughts or emotions that may be holding you back.
