To do list- A trick for manageable life.

There are days when we feel we have so much to do and don't know from where to start. We get so overwhelmed with the amount of task we have to do that we end up doing nothing but stress and worry.

One way to solve this problem is to maintain a to-do list. Making a to- do list for all the work we have to do can really help us remain on top of everything and manage our work and time efficiently without any stress. And this is exactly what I did last week and here's how it went.

1. Maintaining a to- do list really helped me prioritize my work and made me more productive and I got more work then in less time.
2. To-do list helped me break my tasks into small and more manageable work and it reduced stress and anxiety as I knew what work I have to do and when.
3. One of the most useful things I learned from making a To- do list was time management. And it assured me that I'm making progress towards my goal.

This was how I benefited from maintaining a To-do list and you wish to do the same here's how to make a to- do list.

1. Start by writing down all the work you have to do either on notes app on your phone or on in your notebook.
2. After writing the tasks arrange them according to their importance and prioritize which task is more important.
3. Break big task into smaller ones so that it becomes more manageable and you don't feel stress looking at them.
4. Set a deadline for each task and complete that task before the deadline so you know that you are making progress.
5. Check off completed task and review your to do list regularly.

Remember to always keep your to- do list either on the home screen of your phone like I did so and It reminded me of the task I have to do or if you are writing on a paper stick it somewhere you see often.

A To-do list is a simple but effective way of managing work and getting things done. By following these steps you can too create your own to do list and achieve your goals.
