Performing against colleges in various places to being the best club of the year, Panache will now perform during the Freshers' Week before a packed campus on August 27, 2023.

Over the years, Panache has built a strong presence in the cultural scene of the university as also a distinct identity. . Unlike other clubs, Panache members do not put up a dance or song act. Instead, ramp walks in different styles, songs and costumes are the unique selling proposition of this club.

After bringing in several trophies in inter-college events, it will now be showcasing its prowess before freshers and the activity will start with the fresher induction week starting on August 18. “Being a mentor comes with great responsibility and I am glad that I have this position. Being into fashion makes it easy for me to manage this club and now that we would be performing on campus after so long, I am looking forward to it. We have decided to go for a Bollywood theme which is catchy and carves a popular fashion. Walking the ramp on Bollywood songs and showcasing a few of the college phases is our idea for this time so that every student, be it the Freshers or the people who already are on the campus, could relate to.” Panache mentor Nitya Vashishtha said.

Rigorous practice sessions go into every performance by the Panache club. They have not confined themselves to only to members but also opened the stage for new people to perform this time with them. “Participating in the show for the freshers' week is very exciting. This is going be my second performance at the university and I feel it’s the best way to welcome and attract newcomers as it gives them an idea of what the university holds and what options they have for them to showcase their talent. It also gives them a clear idea of the place they are going be staying in and of course, some fun as well,” core team member Anushka Puri said.
