Shantanu is the new football Champion of Bennett

TheFifa ’19 tournament, organised by the Pulse group of the university was won by Shantanu Rastogi , a student of BBA at the university after defeating Om Bhardwaj 4-0 on Friday and received an award money of Rs.1500.
This tournament had begun at the wee hours of the evening on Thursday and the students who were interested could register by paying a small fee of Rs.50. After the students had registered, they were divided into pairs and then from there the tournament had begun.
This tournament was held in the knockout format i.e. every person who would win would further compete with the other winners and finally only two of them would compete for the finals.
The league matches of the tournament and the quarter finals of the tournament were held on Thursday and the semi-finals and finals of the tournament were held on the day next.
Both the days saw a majorfootfall of gaming enthusiasts along with the ones who were competing for the grand prize of the tournament and also to know more about the game
The tournament had seen a large number of students who had come not only for participating but also to cheer for their friends and also knowing more about the game and for boosting the morale of their friends who were competing.
