Literary luminary Mridula Garg inspires at Aalekh 2k24

The second edition of the literary eventAalekh 2k24 (2024) was inaugurated on Wednesday with Sahitya Akademi winner Mridula Garg gracing the occasion as the guest of honor.
The event began with a one-to-one question-and-answer session, moderated by Kushagra Joshi, an alumnus ofBennett University . The conversation delved into various facets of Mridula Garg's life, including her formative years in college and the profound experiences that shaped her journey as a writer.
The major highlight of the event was Garg's recitation of excerpts from her celebrated work, "Ve Nayaab Aurtein ". Her captivating storytelling skills mesmerized the audience, showcasing her mastery of language and narrative. Offering a word of advice to the readers, she said, "When you read a book, you are on your own. You must use your imagination and intellect to decipher what the writer is saying."
The event was organized by Bennett University's official debating and literary club, in collaboration with thelearning resource centre (LRC). It witnessed participation from students across all departments who eagerly awaited the opportunity to engage with her intellect and creativity.
