The Karni Mata temple at Rajasthan is a 600 year old temple around 30km from Bikaner is a place where rats are worshipped. The uniqueness about this place is that around 25000 black rats live here. The Food eaten by them is said to be holy and it is served as prasad later. The temple and the rats that reside there are the subject of many stories and traditions, but no one is certain of the precise origins of this unusual site.

According to Hindu legend, the floating stones that connect the southernmost tip of India to Sri Lanka are the ruins of the Ram-Setu bridge, which is mentioned in the epic Ramayana. These mysterious black floating stones have no base of any kind to support them, and their mystery has not yet been fully solved.
