6-Month Review of Oppo Enco Buds

Oppo Enco Buds is a true wireless Bluetooth earphone priced at around Rs. 1,800 on Amazon. I bought them in August 2022, and they are still working for me without any major issues.
The sound quality is quite good but you should not expect anything special. To an average listener like me, it pretty much sounds like any other wired earphones on amazon that cost around Rs.300-500, which are not bad at all. So, the price range of these earphones can be justified because of their true wireless feature.
The design of the case is comfortable, it’s very small, fits into pockets easily, and it’s simple to carry around. The earphones themselves are well designed, they are not heavy, not too big, and they don’t fall off the ear even if you are exercising or running, but if you shake your head violently, they do tend to slip.
One of my favourite features of these earphones is their durability. I’ve dropped them a lot of times accidentally, but they are still working without any problems. The battery life is great, it lasts a long time, and it doesn’t take a lot of time to charge too. A good thing about true wireless earphones is that you can leave the case on charging while using the earphones, so you have a battery backup for later.
The biggest issue with these earphones is the microphone. It’s not very clear, and it’s not suitable for calling in a noisy environment. I can hear the person on the other side properly, but the microphone does not pick up my voice, so usually, I disconnect these earphones when I am receiving a call. If you are planning to use these for calling, I suggest you look for something else.
Overall, the earphones are good and satisfactory. The price feels alright, although there are other cheaper options that you could look into. The only downside is the microphone and the bad calling experience. Besides that, you can look more into them and decide if they would be the right fit for you.
