The Indian startup ecosystem is said to be the third-largest in the world, and over the years, Indian startups have found success across all sectors. But establishing a startup is not easy. It requires immense practice, knowledge, perseverance, and passion. Shrey Tyagi, a 3rd-year B.Tech student in Bennett University, is the owner of SkillArena, a one-stop solution for all skill development needs. SkillArena offers courses, live projects, internships, and certifications on the same platform, focusing on teaching and helping people get good job opportunities by expanding their horizons in the same field of the course. The target is to eradicate both underemployment and unemployment. It believes in quality teaching leading to good learning, maximized knowledge, and better internship and job opportunities.

Shrey started his career in sales in education technology when he was just 15 years old. Despite facing criticism, he chased his dream and continued to work towards it. He comes from a business background, and his father has always been his support system. Shrey says that education is not samosa, and he believes in quality. He established SkillArena, a name that he came up with after brainstorming random words. The name is a combination of two words that are ‘Skill’ and ‘Arena’. SkillArena is an elite place for one and all to come and learn. He aims to make SkillArena reach every remote area and expand globally in the upcoming ten years. He wants to impact people worldwide, not just in India.

Shrey believes that his influencing power and skills can lead him to become a successful leader. He sees the future of SkillArena in the upcoming ten years to reach every remotest of areas and expand globally, not just be refrained to India. He claims his startup's success and does not give credit to anyone but himself, as no one swallowed the miseries he had to. There are more than 200 people associated with his startup, but he still does not consider it a success as it amounts to only 2-3% of the total market share.

Shrey had to balance studies and his startup, which was not easy. But his passion and zeal to bring a change in society kept him working in the direction of hope and expansion. He has been working hard every day to reach where he is today. He was able to bring balance between both studies and his startup, which made his father proud of him.

In conclusion, Bennett Hatchery provides a platform for young minds to bring a change in society through entrepreneurship and innovation. Shrey Tyagi, Aaviral Agarwal, and Shouvik Chatterjee are the people who established their startup from the Hatchery.
