Hey readers..
I hope you had a great week. Welcome to my new blog.

Our lives sometimes feel like we are running a marathon, and to keep ourselves in the race, we have no choice but to run like P.T. Usha. Keeping up can be hectic and stressful. We may have so many thoughts and things on our minds that we just want to let them out to relax, but we don't know how to do it.

Daily journaling is one of the ways that help us clarify our thoughts and reduce anxiety.
I took a six-day challenge to write a daily journal, and here's how it helped me.

1. As I started writing about the daily instances, I became more creative, got a new perspective on the things that happened to me, and got a deeper understanding of things happening around me.
2. It became easy for me to track my progress by checking the previous entries, and I became aware of the areas that I needed to focus on.
3. Daily journaling also helped me reduce stress by identifying the source of it, and writing the problem down on paper helped me come up with the solution.
4. It helped me clarify my thoughts, and I got a deeper understanding of myself and eventually got happier.

A tip that I would like to give you is to set a regular time and place for journaling. Choose a time and place where you can be comfortable and uninterrupted. This will help you establish a regular habit of journaling.

Daily journaling is a powerful practice that can bring so many positive changes to your daily life. Just a few minutes to reflect on yourself and your thoughts can really help you stay ahead of everyone in the marathon of life.

The next challenge is to read at least 10 pages daily, and if you are reading this, I hope you take this challenge with me and share your experience with me on my Instagram, which is @sohajadeja.

See you guys on Monday! Have a great week!
