Army lifestyle is an experience and brats are a different breed in itself. Brats have achieved immense success in various fields. Typical traits that one picks up being a brat such as chivalry, discipline, focus, mental toughness to name a few, makes them a perfect recipe for success. In this blog, I’d be mentioning names of famous people who are army brats.
1Arnab Goswami
The man who changed the way television debates are hosted, is an army brat. His father retired as a colonel in the army. One might not agree with his style of journalism, but one can’t deny his success and influence either.
2Karan Thapar
He’s another extremely influential journalist. He is often known for asking tough questions from his guests, one prominent interview worth mentioning is when he interviewed Narendra Modi when he was CM of Gujarat.Karan Thapar 's father was ex COAS General PN Thapar.
3Arjun Rampal
The famous super model is the grandson of Brig Gurdayal Singh. He used to train in an army gym before coming to Mumbai to become a model.
4Priyanka Chopra
The internationally acclaimed actor and singer also belongs to an army family. Her father belonged to the Army Medical Corps (AMC) .

The famous actress who has done hit films such as Band Baja Barat, Jab tak hai jaan, Badmaash company etc, is the daughter of Col Ajay Kumar Sharma. In an award function, she even thanked the army for making her the person she is.

Our favourite Naina from Kal ho na ho and Zara from Veer Zara, also hails from an army family. Her father was in the army and her brother is currently serving in the forces.

Winner of the first season of popular MTV show Roadies, is also an army brat. His father Iqbal Singh Singha retired as a Lt General after commanding aUnited Nations force. Rannvijay even cleared the CDS exam and the SSB , but instead chose to go for Roadies audition and rest as we know is history.
