Wonderful figure of speech. Least among my favourites,Chiasmus is clever. Not as handy, the brain must be trained too unto that purpose – Kennedy 's must be sheet luck; Luck, the ungraspable lady ...Why! He must have earned her luck, but one ought not to rule out the possibility of speech writers. Specially not after that BBC article on Biden’s State of Union speech. And speaking of speeches – Oh! The entendre – nah, not Double, although it’s more euphonious (or, plainly more syllables).
