A stalwart of Indian higher education with more than 35 years of leadership experience, Dr. Munjal is tasked with steering Bennett’s academic ecosystem through its next phase of growth while deepening ties with regulators, industry, and international partners.

Dr. Munjal’s career is defined by institution building. As Founder Director of the Amity School of Business, she created outcome-based programmes that quickly gained recruiter confidence. She later served as Director, Academics and Dean of Student Academic Affairs & Support Services at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, introducing blended learning models and student support frameworks that became campus benchmarks. She has guided universities through rigorous evaluations by NAAC, NBA, AACSB, QAA, and WASC, translating complex quality standards into campus policies that drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Her experience with the National Education Policy (NEP) equips Bennett to align every programme with emerging national priorities while retaining global relevance.

A Ph.D. in Strategy and Finance from Jamia Millia Islamia anchors Dr. Munjal’s scholarly pursuits. She has published extensively on corporate governance, CSR, strategy, and finance, demonstrating a talent for bridging theory and practice. Public sector giants such as NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, SAIL, GAIL, Indian Airlines, and the Ministry of Defence regularly invite her to deliver keynote addresses and leadership workshops—relationships that now open expanded internship and research opportunities for Bennett students.

Dr. Munjal enters Bennett with a three-point narrative vision:

1. Global Benchmarking, Local Relevance – Map every programme to leading international curricula while incorporating India’s socio-economic needs, ensuring graduates are globally aware and domestically employable.
