Recruitment for students’ clubs underway

Now that the freshers have settled into college routine, theAlexis Club of Bennet University has started its recruitment process for the ‘Core Team’. To make sure they are getting the right fit for the club, interested candidates were asked to fill in a questionnaire by January 20.
“We will assess the effort that one has put in to fill up the form,” said Mehek Kapoor, Secretary ofAlexis Club . And based on the assessment, students will be selected for the next round of interviews, she said.
The next round will be through interview and team-building tasks. These rounds will assess the candidate's vision, goals, expectations, creativity, skills, and determination.
The Alexis club is thecommunity service club that has organized various service events for a good cause along with drives and has worked with many of the NGOs and is still carrying its legacy forward.
