The Spark Entrepreneurship cell, Bennett University, proudly hosted its third season of business bazaar on the 25th August,2025 - 26th August,2025 ensuring its commitment to provide students with a strong business mindset.

It was held at the epicenter of the campus, German Hanger from 10:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. The stalls included key chains and photo frames sold by flames of purpose, scented candles, TAGO cards, bag charms, crochet flowers, bags, fresh flowers and quirky wall posters. They were decorated with fairy lights and advertising posters designed to suit each stall initiative.
Bennett University’s hatchery provides structured guidance to students during the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey through its incubation center, Bennett Hatchery. The hatchery supports students by offering access to experienced mentors, peer networks, and dedicated teams that help bridge skill gaps, such as connecting creative individuals with technical experts.

In addition to guidance, students also benefit from resources like workspace, funding support, and internship assistance, which helps them move from concept to execution.

Arni Lata, Secretary at Spark E-Cell, said ”One big way in which we help the students in monetizing their hobbies is business bazaar , the students showcase their start ups and sell their products to generate revenue. The students learn how to manage their funds as they buy from third parties a s well, so they know how to generate profit and how to cover the rent that they have paid.”

Stories behind the stall

Dhruv Mehta, BTECH CSE student and design intern at TAGO, said: “It has been one year since we are displaying TAGO. It is a NFC enabled card through which you can access all your information Linked in, Instagram, Twitter etc. all at once, it's a modern way of sharing your information. We thought of this idea late at night one day , and went to the Bennett hatchery on the campus. The CEO of this company pitched his idea and there were seniors and mentors they all guided him and now TAGO is a startup and we have 400+ customers base."

Sujal BTECH CSE, said “The start-up culture at Bennett is very good, it is very helpful and provides innumerable opportunities to mark our idea to the world.

Our stall is Flames of purpose, a social service club where we believe everyone is equal, no one is high, no one is low. In every event we set up some stalls, the profit generated directly goes to the benefits of the students who are under-privileged.”
Anushka BTECH CSE third year student, said, “The most important thing I learnt was communicating how you present things to people to actually make the customer believe why they need the products we are selling.”

The event closed with a soulful jamming session on the 26th August, 2025 in collaboration with NSS with students grooving to the strings of the guitar and melodies of songs. The two-day Business Bazaar at Bennett University blended creativity with practical learning, the event reaffirmed BU’s commitment to nurturing future entrepreneurs.
