Bennett University’s Pulse group organized “Meet the Unknown” event on September 25, 2019. During the course of the event, boys and girls from different streams of the university were paired with each other on the basis of chits with numbers given to them. Once paired, their coordination was tested across several events which kept all of them on their toes. (Photo Essay by Saksham Dangi)

The event began with the boys sitting on one side and girls on the other side. The pairs were then formed according to the chit numbers they were given at the time of registering for the event.

After the pairs were made, the girls could change their partners, however, the second partner would be chosen by the organizing committee and not by them.

Aditya Misra of 3rd year BAJMC was the emcee of the evening.

Pairs participating in the first event wherein they had to suck liquid out of an ice tray using straws that had holes in them.

Among the many tasks given to the pairs was one where they had to dance with a balloon between them.

Even as the participants performed the tasks, the audience itself was busy meeting new people and forming new friendships.

In the fourth event, the women had to blow a party horn while the men put bangles on the horns using just a toothpick. The first one to put all the bangles on the party horn was the winner of the event.
